Our Mystery Bag sales had been so coveted in the past that we decided to offer them on a more full-time basis. Introducing Mystery Boxes - everything you love from the surprise bags, delivered periodically (you choose how frequently you want them)! But also, it comes in a box.

Each box will be specially curated for your specific tastes and body type and will include TWO coordinating clothing items, an accessory, and a fun little treat. All-in value of around $100. But you're not paying $100. Commit to a three-cycle subscription, and you only shell out $69.99. (You can of course just do one box at a time if you have commitment issues.)

How often do I get a box?

You can choose between 30-, 60-, and 90-day delivery options. You will be billed the 10th of the month with your box shipping out by the 15th.

Can I change my subscription?

You can! Log into your customer account by navigating to the top right corner and clicking the person icon. After logging in, find the button that reads "Manage Subscription". Once there you'll be able to change your order frequency, update billing information, view your next delivery date, and other boring admin stuff.

Am I able to gift a box?

What if I'm not in love with an item?

Can't win them all, I guess. But no worries. All returns must fall in line with our standard return policy. Since these items are coming to you at a discounted price, we cannot give you the full retail value, but we will issue you store credit for 60% of the retail value of the item. Keep in mind that some items (personal care items, intimates, etc.) are non-returnable.

**You MUST send us a message in order to initiate a return. Our in-store associates are not equipped to handle sub box returns. They will turn colors and panic and make everything generally awkward for everyone, and we don't want that.

How do you know what I like?

As much as we would love for you to continue believing we are all-knowing telepathic goddesses, we are not. We send you a style quiz through email once you've selected your subscription frequency and completed checkout.
